Return and Refund policy

All returns requests must be made within 15 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


To return an item,
Go to the My Account > Orders > Select Returns/Refund option. Fill up the form to submit your request.
You can also return an item by email customer service at [email protected].
Normally we arrange a reverse pickup for every return. However at times we are unable to do so due to unavoidable issues. In that case, you can return your order through courier, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Kindly Note : Refundable amount for self-shipping is Rs 100 only.  


We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.We will initiate refund once your product returns to our warehouse and the quality check is done. It usually takes up to 5-7  business days for prepaid and 7-10 business days for COD order to reflect the amount to your bank account.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Partial refunds ( If Applicable ) : In case of return if your order total amount includes the shipping cost or handling charges ( COD ). We will be able to refund the amount of the product only. 


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged
     ●     Boxer shorts   
     ●     Innerwear and Swimwear    
For Items labelled as non-returnable on the product detail page are not eligible for returns. These items are eligible for free replacement, within 15 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you.
